Well… hello there!

I’m Andy.

I’m a creator based in Sweden, originally from Eastern Europe.

I make videos about changing my life, exploring more of the world around me, and following whatever I get curious about along the way.

How this started

Andy the Chonk started as a place for me to document my weight-loss journey honestly.

The progress, the setbacks, the things that worked, the things that didn’t, and all the awkward stuff in between.

I didn’t want to pretend I had everything figured out. I just wanted to show what trying to change your life actually looks like when you’re still in the middle of it.

Somewhere along the way, getting healthier also meant getting out more.

Walking further. Travelling more. Saying yes to things I probably would have avoided before.

And that slowly changed the channel too.

Then I started following the stories

The walks became day trips, and the day trips became videos about towns, castles, mines, food, history, traditions and all the strange little things that make a place interesting.

That eventually became Curious Chonk — my excuse to go somewhere, ask questions, meet interesting people, try things for myself and see what I find.

I’m still figuring it all out as I go.

That’s kind of the point.
